Shipping & payment

We always try to ship your order as quick and carefully as possible on the same day your order and payment have been received. On business days before 17.00 (MET, GMT +1). Please be aware that some products need assembling before shipment or may be (temporarily) not in stock, which may delay the shipment. You can check the product page for unusual shipping times. When, for whatever reason, we can’t ship your order on the expected day and time, we will alert you as soon as possible. Shipment of small items take up to 3 business days. Bicycles take 5-10 business days to deliver at your location.

The mailman or the courier from DHL or our own logistic partner take care of the shipment, which will normally be delivered between 09.00 and 18.00 within 3 business day after your order. If you have received a track&trace code, you can check this for a more specific date and time of delivery.

Wrong delivery address?

It may happen you have accidentally given the wrong delivery address and want to change the order and/or delivery details. Contact us as soon as possible by sending an email to support@johnny-loco.com or call +31 (0)20 344 5928. We will try to edit your delivery before shipping it.

Shipping costs

All prices on johnnyloco.com are including taxes, but without shipping costs. Because or products strongly vary in dimensions and weight and we ship worldwide, we can’t give you one tariff on this page. Please add your desired product(s) to the shopping cart, visit the shopping cart and select your country to find the shipping costs for your order.
