Recall Twin Cruiser

 

We have recently discovered that in a small number of cases, the Twin Cruiser you have purchased does not meet the high quality and safety standards that Johnny Loco sets for its bikes.

In exceptional cases, cracks may appear in the steering tube which could potentially lead to its breakage. Although it only occurs in exceptional cases, we want to ensure the safety of the riders above all else. Therefore, we are recalling all affected Twin Cruisers.

We deeply regret this and offer our apologies.

What does this mean for you?

In order to continue to guarantee your safety when riding your Twin Cruiser, it is essential that you make an appointment with your Johnny Loco dealer to have the relevant parts replaced.

The replacement of the parts will of course be entirely free of charge for you.

After the parts have been replaced, you can ride your Johnny Loco Twin Cruiser with confidence again. If you have any questions about this information, please contact your Johnny Loco dealer.
